Ursula Alvarez
Head of People Strategy
Ms. Alvarez is the Head of People Strategy at Credicorp. She has held this position since 2024. She began working at BCP in 2006 as Manager of Selection in Human Resources Management, and she served as Head of Talent Management at Credicorp from 2009 to 2024.
Ms. Alvarez holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Lima and a master’s degree in development from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota.
